At Coloroutine, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. Each product is crafted with care, often customized to reflect your unique style. Because of this, our refund and return policy is designed to balance flexibility with fairness.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept returns or refund requests under the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide clear photos of the product and packaging so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly. -
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive the wrong size, color, or design (different from your order confirmation), we will gladly replace or refund the item. -
Non-Customized Products
For plain or non-customized products, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Because many of our products are custom-made or printed on demand, the following items are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect:
- Customized or personalized items (e.g., T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, patches, etc. with your uploaded designs).
- Gift cards, discount codes, or promotional items.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
3. Refund Process
- To initiate a return or refund, email us at support@coloroutine.com with your order number and issue details.
- Our team will review your request within 2–4 business days.
- If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product (if applicable).
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we confirm the return.
4. Replacements Instead of Refunds
In most cases, we offer free replacements for damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items rather than refunds. This ensures you get the product you originally wanted as quickly as possible.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), Coloroutine will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., ordering the wrong size, changing your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe, first check your bank or credit card provider.
- If the refund has not posted, please contact us at support@coloroutine.com for assistance.
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered production.
- Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible for customized products.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
