At Coloroutine, we are committed to making sure your customized products reach you in excellent condition and within a reasonable time frame. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, delivery times, and customs.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
• Customized or made-to-order products may require an additional 2–5 business days for production.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
• If there is a delay due to stock availability or high demand, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Origin

All products are packed and shipped from our Coloroutine main warehouse in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

We work with international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, and registered postal services to ensure reliable delivery across the world.

3. Estimated Delivery Times by Region

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, local courier performance, and peak seasonal demand.

• United States: 7–15 business days
• United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
• European Union Countries: 8–16 business days
• Canada: 10–18 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
• Asia (Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc.): 5–12 business days
• Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Israel, etc.): 10–20 business days
• Africa: 15–25 business days
• South America (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, etc.): 15–25 business days

Note: Delivery times are business days only and exclude weekends and holidays. In rare cases, shipping may take longer due to customs inspection, strikes, or unforeseen courier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and product type.
• Promotional offers, such as free shipping, may apply to specific products, order amounts, or destinations.
• Express shipping options may be available at an additional cost, depending on your country.

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by your local government.
• These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.
• Customers are responsible for paying all customs duties and taxes upon delivery.
• Coloroutine cannot predict these charges, as they vary by country.

6. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website.
• Tracking updates may take up to 2–5 business days after dispatch to appear in the system.
• For some standard postal services, tracking may only be available until the package reaches your destination country.

7. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

• If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@coloroutine.com.
• In the event of a lost package, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please allow time for this process before a replacement or refund is issued.
• If a product arrives damaged, please provide clear photos of the product and packaging within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

8. Multiple Shipments

• If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability or production times.
• You will receive tracking details for each shipment if applicable.

9. Holidays and Peak Seasons

• During busy periods (such as Christmas, Lunar New Year, or major sales events), processing and delivery times may be extended.
• We recommend placing your order well in advance of special occasions to avoid disappointment.
